FabFitFun Winter 2019 Reviews

It’s that time again! I love Fabfitfun. It’s probably my favorite subscription box of all time. If you’ve never heard of it, you pay about $50 every quarter and they send you around $200 worth of products to help you prep for the coming season. My winter box was worth $279.90!

Unhide Lil Marshmellow

This is just an incredibly soft, cozy blanket that presently lives on the back of my couch. It’s just about lap size, great for curling up on your sofa with a book and a hot beverage.

PJ Salvage Faux Trim Cable Slippers

I didn’t used to like slippers, but there’s a lot of cold hardwood in my new house and these are great for basically whenever. The S/M size fits my 7.5 shoe size perfectly. They have amazing faux fur inside that makes them super soft as well as a waterproof bottom for when you need to take out the trash or walk the dog.

Battington Lashes in Monroe with Glue

The Monroe style of these particular lashes were the first kinds I’d ever had! They look beautiful and natural on me, enhancing basically any eye look. I like that they come with glue too, it makes them a great travel friendly set!

Beauty Bakerie Proof is in the Puddin Palette

While the color scheme on this isn’t my very favorite (it’s warm neutrals), the shadows themselves are amazing. The pans are huge in the palette, and it’s a great palette for a quick look on a neutral day. They’re super blendable, highly pigmented, and work well together. The shimmers and mattes are both well done. I definitely want to try more eyeshadows from this brand.

frank body Original Coffee Scrub

This product surprised me. Usually, coffee scrubs have very coffee beverage type smells. This one smells like coffee and oranges. I didn’t think I’d like it, but the smell grew on me for sure. It functions like any other coffee scrub, and I enjoy it. My favorite thing is that it doesn’t strip my skin at all!

Cuccio Somatology CALM + CLEAN Epsom Salt Hand and Body wash

So… confession time. I’ve been using this fancy soap as my bathroom hand soap. It smells very essential oil-ish, but it doesn’t really strike me as better than any other hand soap. I never bothered with it on my body; there was no need.

Drybar Prep Rally Prime & Prep Detangler

This stuff is amazing. It smells like earl grey tea, first of all. Secondly, it helps detangle my wet hair without getting a bunch of random product gunked up in it. I actually replaced my conditioner with this. And with my oily hair, it actually works better.

Makeup Eraser in Original Pink

Love, love LOVE this! I never thought it would be that good. I have some cloths that are good, but not as great as this one. It legit erases my makeup. It’s actually worth it to me enough that I’m considering buying another one so I can rotate two weekly.

There was a lot of beauty this go-round! What product most interested you?
