As usual, summer comes with a plethora of new products to get excited about. There are quite a few things on my wishlist that I’m really excited to possibly get my hands on. I tried to not go 100% eyeshadow palettes, but you guys know how much I love eyeshadow!
Colourpop Lust for Dusk Eyeshadow Palette
This $24 palette is one of the larger Colourpop palettes like my Truly Madly Deeply palette. This brand has never disappointed me, and a whole palette of soft, cool pinky neutrals seems perfect for everyday! It’s just a gorgeous palette overall and even though it’s a little pricy it’s definitely on my wish list.
elf Cosmetics Jelly Pop Primer
Supposedly, this is a dupe for the Milk Makeup Hydrogrip primer, which is supposed to be one of the best primers out there. From everything I’ve seen, it’s supposed to be very clingy and keep your foundation on through anything. I missed it the first time around, but at $10 this is much cheaper than the Milk makeup variety!
Revolution x Soph Super Spice Palette
After the Extra Spice palette and the highlighter palette, I fell in love with Soph’s collaborations with Makeup Revolution! This gorgeous, brightly colored palette is a great summer palette. The collab palettes are a little more expensive (this one is $18) but the quality is still amazing and this is high on my list for summer 2021.
Maybelline FitMe Tinted Moisturizer
See? It’s not just eyeshadow palettes. I’ve recently fallen in love with tinted moisturizers for my everyday makeup. At $10 it’s a bit more expensive than the other FitMe products, but it’s definitely worth trying. They rarely let me down!
BH Cosmetics Say It! Eyeshadow Palette Collection
These eyeshadow palettes are amazing. They’re bright, fun, 9 color color stories with fun names. Given that I’ve wanted to try BH cosmetics palettes for a while, these are a great way to do so. They’re a little pricy ($15 each) but I’d love to get all six of them. And the BH cosmetics site has Afterpay – which is a dangerous realization.
What are you most excited to try this summer? Have you tried any of these products? Let me know in the comments!
