Walmart Skincare January 2021

I’ve never had much luck with skincare from Walmart, at least not until recently. However, between existing brands amping up their quality and new brands making their way into the store, Walmart is a feasible place to get good skincare.

Cleen Beauty Grapefruit Water Gel

While it doesn’t live up to the hype of my Bliss water gel moisturizer, this is a great, lightweight product that moisturizes my skin. It doesn’t leave your skin feeling sticky at all.

There’s no oil in this; someone with oilier skin could still use this with no problem. While my dryer skin soaks up the moisture as needed.

I don’t notice a scent, though others notice a citrus-grapefruit scent. Overall this is a solid product that I’d definitely have as my second choice after my holy grail!

Cleen Beauty Coconut Water Hibiscus Glow Mist

First of all, I absolutely love the smell of this. The hibiscus smell balances really nicely with the coconut without being overpowering.

This is a perfect toner for dryer skin! It moisturizes but doesn’t have any oil in it so it dries down quickly. It helps keep my skin glowy and moisturized all day. I’m definitely going to be repurchasing this!

Cleen Beauty Rosehip Jelly Cleanser

I didn’t expect to like this. Most gel/jelly cleansers don’t have any kind of suds and I end up feeling somewhat disappointed in how my skin feels. But this one actually has some suds in it!

You don’t need much to actually get your skin clean, and the product smells nice. Thankfully, it doesn’t smell aggressively like roses. And for all that, it’s still very gentle and doesn’t strip my skin when I use it either.

Elf Cosmetics Bounce Back Jelly Cleanser

This cleanser performed about the way I usually expect jelly cleansers to do. When you wash your face with it, the product doesn’t foam up at all.

It’s very moisturizing, so it would be excellent for dry skin. However, if you don’t like the smell of coconut, you won’t like this at all. It’s very strongly scented.

However, overall, it’s a really nice product, particularly considering how inexpensive it is.

Have you tried any of these products before? Let me know in the comments!
